21 years' effort, it became a preferred choice in bakery industry

Baking in China, the only monthly magazine in the whole industry, copperplate paper, published in every 26th, is started in October 1996. Our publishing range covers all the bakeries in the country, and magazines are send by express mails to every professional includes management, technology, operating, and marketing. With the supports of All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, we always put the first-line market as our major concern, follow development trend, and lead the industry to innovate.

From 2006, Baking in Chinareleased a new theme that summarizes milestones from the developing process of the industry in a unique angle; many of them was well received by readers, such as "85°„CPhenomenon", "Special Topic of OEM", "Bakery Machinery", "Cases of Successful Moon Cake Marketing", "Special Topic of Bakery Technology", "Special Topic of Baking oil", and "Special Topic of baking flour".

As the bakery industry developing rapidly, Baking in China is never out of date. Since 2011, our magazine released many other new themes, such as "Industry Special Topic", "cooperation Interview", "Cooperation Management", "Bakery Skill Shows", and "Bakery of the World". Our professional and readable content give our reader an enjoyable time. Among those topics, we have interviewed Shunda, Southstar, Hanvos, Zhujianglianrong, Sanneng, Weilong, Baiyan, and so on. furthermore, it was the first time that bakery industry from second-line and third-line cities were showed on our magazine.

In 2013, we created "Hiroad Lushu" special topic. Hiroad, a food industry cooperation, join hands with us to visit terminal market which consist of bakeries or pastry shops. We discovered different baking cultures and folkways, and harvested numerous first-hand informationz

While the 20 years'anniversary of ACBA was celebrated in 2016, the magazine also brought its special time°™20 years'development in the industry. From "Bakery Memory" to "Bakery Impression", our magazine demonstrated the growth of the industry from detail to detail.
